Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer specializing in CNC for a contract role in Germany’s automotive manufacturing sector. You’ll apply your CNC programming and machine-operation expertise to improve production efficiency, precision, and quality. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CNC programs to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Oversee CNC machine operation and ensure precision and production quality.
• Work with production teams to troubleshoot CNC machinery issues.
• Assess and maintain CNC equipment regularly.
• Help develop manufacturing techniques that improve efficiency.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and operators.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in CNC programming and operation.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and tooling.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software used in CNC operations.
• At least five years of relevant manufacturing experience is ideal.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.

Team and Reporting

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to improve manufacturing effectiveness and efficiency. The role offers opportunities to contribute to projects and develop professionally.
