Job description
Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in CNC programming and operations to join our automotive manufacturing team in the Federal Republic of Germany. This contract role offers an annual salary of €80,000 and is ideal for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CNC programs to optimize automotive manufacturing processes.
- Oversee CNC machine operations ensuring precision and high-quality production output.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve CNC machinery issues promptly.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintenance to ensure CNC equipment reliability.
- Develop and introduce innovative manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with industry standards and automotive regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and CNC operators.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in CNC programming and machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and CAD/CAM software.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing engineering roles.
