Job description
Tasks
- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Guide development teams
- Deliver secure enterprise implementations
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- One or more of the following security certifications: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CASP+, CISM
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- JavaScript / GlideScript scripting expertise
- Experience designing workflows, business rules, and automation
- Complex system integrations and data migration experience
- Platform security, access controls, and integration security knowledge
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus, particularly: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Discovery, Security Operations (SecOps), Event Management, Vulnerability Response
- Additional expertise in these areas is valuable: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and risk management concepts; Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data policies, and Single Sign-On (SSO); ServiceNow architecture and enterprise design principles; Advanced integrations, scripting, and workflow optimization; Technical team leadership
