Lead Software Engineer – AI & Cloud Architecture

Tasks

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Integrate foundation models such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and Google Gemini.
• Develop Java-based backend systems, microservices, REST APIs, and distributed applications.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Implement RAG, semantic search, and vector database integrations.
• Establish AI testing, evaluation, security, scalability, and governance practices.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engineering productivity and software quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS,

Schedule

• Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
• 12 months, with possible extension
