Job description
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
- Strong experience in Banking domain and legacy application modernization.
- 3+ years leading UX initiatives for mainframe modernization.
- Expertise in UX strategy, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Sketch, Miro, or similar tools.
- Experience with enterprise dashboards, complex workflows, and design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with COBOL, CICS, 3270 green-screen applications, or AI-powered UX is a plus.
- Any visa except OPT/CPT
