In this role, you won’t just design modern interfaces—you will help completely reimagine mission-critical workflows, transitioning legacy green-screen systems into cutting-edge, user-centered digital applications.

What You’ll Do: Lead Discovery amp; Strategy: Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers to uncover user pain points and define the UX strategy for large-scale modernization programs. Tackle Legacy Complexity: Translate complex legacy rules, transaction-heavy workflows, and data structures into simplified, task-oriented digital journeys. Drive End-to-End Design: Produce wireframes, information architecture, high-fidelity prototypes, and design system components for responsive web/desktop platforms. Incorporate AI Innovations: Explore and implement AI-powered workflows, intelligent search, and predictive insights to supercharge user productivity. Mentor amp; Champion Quality: Guide and mentor cross-functional UX designers while ensuring strict adherence to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
What We’re Looking For: 8–12+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience. Hands-on experience modernizing enterprise or legacy applications within the Banking / Financial Services sector. Deep expertise in UX research, Design Thinking, information architecture, and usability validation. Proven track record designing data-intensive enterprise dashboards, analytics, and workflow management systems. Bonus Points: Experience dealing with mainframe concepts (COBOL, CICS, 3270, AS/400) and designing AI-enabled enterprise solutions. Tools: Expert proficienc
