Purpose of the Role
BFG Africa believe in the power of youth empowerment. That is why we are excited to introduce this learnership opportunity, - a transformative journey designed to unlock potential, build confidence and create pathways for personal and professional success. The program is designed to provide valuable workplace experience and practical exposure across various fields within the organization and will be offered on a 12-month learnership contract, Your most important attribute will be your attitude-optimistic, engaging, with a can-do stance, and willing to learn and grow through every single challenge.

Minimum Requirements
• Recent school leavers who have successfully completed Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Hold a South African citizenship
• Interest in the manufacturing and engineering industry
• Reside in Germiston or surrounding areas.

Required Documentation
• Updated CV
• Grade 12 or Equivalent (Certified not more than 3 Months)
• ID Copy (Certified not more than 3 Months)
