About the role
Greystar is hiring a Leasing Professional (Multi Site) - North Austin. This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, showing apartments, processing applications, and completing credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure smooth resident move-ins and lease signings.
- Inspect apartments before resident move-in, ensure they are move-in ready, and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that may affect occupancy and sales.
- Provide resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
