WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist with application evaluation and product positioning of our products (handfeel agents / leather waterproofing agents / finishing auxiliaries / washing auxiliaries) in leather wet-end processing and leather finishing.
- Share and provide training on leather and auxiliaries industry chain knowledge; during technical/business discussions with our team, share insights on silicone products and high-value-added products that may be relevant.
- Share market information on Italy and Europe; share trends in customer and market demand for handfeel.

WORK MODEL / SALARY / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS (from flyer):
- Work Model: Remote & Flexible
- Less than 1 hour/day on average
- No weekends contact
- Salary: Negotiable

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of work experience in leather auxiliary chemicals
- Must be R&D, Process Engineer, or Quality Control staff from a well-known leather auxiliary chemical manufacturer in Italy.
- Familiar with leather wet-end and finishing processes.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials and application evaluation of handfeel agents, leveling agents, waterproofing agents or other auxiliaries.
- Fluent in English.

PREFERRED
- Chinese proficiency is a plus.

REPORTING TO: Chinese Team
INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1 interview with Chinese team (English)
WORK LOCATION: Remote based in Italy or other major European countries (e.g. Germany, Netherlands).
