On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we are looking for a proactive and legally focused specialist to support the legal and compliance management of our operations. The successful candidate will partner closely with the PQD, Admin, Cloud BG, and HR teams to ensure business objectives are achieved while maintaining strict compliance with Colombian law, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
1. Responsibility DescriptionReview commercial contracts and provide legal support and advice to the PQD, Admin, and Cloud Business Groups.Provide legal support for labor issues, defense of constitutional actions, and general advising to the Human Resources Area.Offer legal support for corporate governance and compliance issues.Provide administrative support in legal matters and for the legal department.2. Professional KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Law; specialized in Contract/Private Law. Licensed attorney with experience in consulting and litigation.At least 4 years of experience in corporate, commercial, contractual, and labor law.Background working in both law firms and companies, with hard knowledge of labor planning and proficiency in the strategic design of corporate judicial defense.Solid general knowledge of Colombian Law across all fields.3. Business SkillBilingual proficiency (English C1/Advanced).Strong interpersonal communication skills.Excellent abilities in activities organization.Positive working attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong learning abilities.
