Job description
About the role
You'll provide mental health services within a correctional facility, supporting rehabilitation and crisis intervention in a structured environment.
Requirements
- Active California Psychiatrist License
- Minimum 1 year of psychiatrist experience
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Malpractice insurance
- DEA Certification
Schedule
- Thursday through Sunday, 8AM – 4PM
- Duration: 26 weeks with potential to extend
- Start date approximately 4–6 weeks from hire
- Part-time contract opportunity
