Senior Dayforce Consultant/HCM Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Support a major HCM implementation and serve as the primary IT-side subject-matter expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and implementation teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on Dayforce implementation and configuration experience
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Workforce Management (WFM), Payroll, and Benefits
• Experience with HR/payroll integrations, employee data feeds, APIs, and third-party benefits interfaces
• Strong SQL/data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and reconciliation knowledge
• Experience gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, and coordinating with implementation partners
• Experience supporting payroll compliance, audits, releases, and end-user training
• Preferred: SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, SAP Benefits, SAP SuccessFactors, and financial/benefits integrations.
• USC / GC / H4 EAD on W2
• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders, as specified in the detailed job requirements.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite 4 days per week at one of the approved locations.

Schedule

• Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Duration: 12 Months
