Licensed Social Worker

Supporting people living with ALS, their caregivers, and loved ones. Full time, salaried, with benefits. Primarily remote. With some time dedicated to home visits and attending clinic. Prior experience with ALS patients, hospice, supporting patients in their home, working with a multidisciplinary team in a clinic setting, working with a mission focused non profit, understanding a person centered approach, and coordinating care to maximize quality of life.
