Key Responsibilities Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, customized to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions, discussing their wellness goals and preferences. Design and implement personalized wellness plans that may include nutrition advice, exercise recommendations, and stress management techniques. Maintain accurate treatment records and monitor clients’ progress to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other wellness practitioners within the team to provide integrated care and support. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and overall wellness practices to promote long-term health. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously pursue professional development opportunities. Required and preferred qualifications Must possess a valid Colorado state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of massage therapy, with a strong understanding of various techniques. Certification in additional holistic practices is a plus (e.g., yoga instructor, nutritionist). Familiarity with wellness-centered software for scheduling and client management.
