Dixie Relaxing Massaging Spa is hiring a full-time Licensed Wellness Consultant and Massage Therapist in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Help clients improve their well-being through personalized massage therapy and practical wellness guidance in a warm, welcoming practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other massage techniques tailored to each client's needs.
- Assess clients' physical conditions, wellness goals, and treatment preferences.
- Create personalized wellness plans that may include nutrition guidance, exercise recommendations, and stress management techniques.
- Maintain accurate client records and track progress.
- Coordinate with other wellness practitioners to support integrated client care.
- Educate clients about massage therapy and wellness practices that support long-term health.
- Keep up with industry developments and pursue ongoing professional development.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Active Colorado state license as a Massage Therapist.
- At least two years of massage therapy experience and knowledge of multiple massage techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to client care.
- Familiarity with wellness scheduling and client management software.
- Additional holistic practice certifications, such as yoga instruction or nutrition, are a plus.
