Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 12th Pass. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Experience in sales and customer service preferred. Knowledge of financial products is a plus. Proficiency with customer management and sales tracking software. Insurance certifications are advantageous. 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
