Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through effective communication to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide clear and informative guidance about life insurance products, highlighting benefits and options.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling insurance policies.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to support clients and address any questions or concerns.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with fellow advisors and senior management to strategize and implement sales initiatives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th Pass.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
• Proficiency in customer management and sales tracking software tools.
• Relevant insurance certifications will be an advantage.

Compensation: ₹30,000 per month.
