Prepare and execute high-quality menu items according to Sullivan’s recipes and standards. Set up and maintain your assigned station for service. Work efficiently during high-volume shifts while maintaining exceptional food quality. Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are always met. Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Requirements include previous line cook experience preferred, ability to multitask and work well under pressure, strong work ethic, reliability, positive attitude, weekend and evening availability, and being a team player.
