Job description
Tasks
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Cleaning/disinfecting all work areas
- Cleaning kitchen at end of shift (washing floors, all work areas, food storage facilities, dishwashing area etc.
Requirements
- Any cooking education will be an asset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
