Job description
Tasks
- Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 8) servers.
- Perform Linux server provisioning, patching, upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and Auto Scaling.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and infrastructure health.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, and Ansible.
- Implement OS hardening, security updates, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests using ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
- Collaborate with application, network, database, and security teams.
Requirements
- 8+Years
- 5+ years of #LinuxSystemAdministration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with #RHEL8.
- Experience supporting Linux workloads in #AWS environments.
- Knowledge of EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and Auto Scaling.
- Proficiency in #Bash, #Python, and Ansible.
- Experience with #ServiceNow and ITIL processes is preferred.
