About the role
Distinct | North America is recruiting a Commercial Litigation Attorney for a mid-sized, full-service Dallas firm. The role offers direct mentorship from a partner recognized as one of the state's best in the courtroom, substantive responsibility from day one, and exposure to high-stakes disputes.
Responsibilities
- Handle substantive matters involving contract disputes, shareholder disputes, trademark, and real estate litigation.
- Work directly with a partner on a docket that includes bet-the-company litigation.
Requirements
- Active bar license in Texas, or ability to waive in.
- Three or more years of commercial and civil litigation experience.
- Experience across contract disputes, shareholder disputes, trademark, or real estate litigation is preferred.
