Responsibilities include drafting motions, reviewing pleadings, supporting paralegals, handling high-volume caseloads, and collaborating with clients and internal staff. Requirements include 5+ years of litigation experience, strong drafting skills, understanding of NY civil procedure, and experience with MCA, collections, or commercial litigation preferred.
