Litigation Insurance Defence Legal Assistant

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of legal principles, practices, and rules of court
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defence
• Bodily injury and/or construction experience preferred
• Exceptional technical skills with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability using electronic file management systems, preferably iManage
• Knowledge of Elite 3E

Schedule

• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
• Availability to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week
• Permanent, Full-time
• In person

Pay

• $65,000–$80,000 per year
