Job description
About the role
Prestige WFS is recruiting an experienced Litigation Paralegal for an established Atlanta law firm handling employment and complex civil litigation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- A defense-side background in complex civil litigation
- Strong discovery, drafting, and deadline management skills
- Experience with e-discovery tools, Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER
- Employment litigation experience is a strong plus.
- Candidates must be based in the Atlanta area.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
Schedule
- 4–5 days in office
- One optional work-from-home day per week
Pay
- $70,000–$100,000
