Litigation Paralegal Remote

TR Legal, LLC., a growing law firm based in Miami, Florida is seeking a highly capable Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager to join our growing team. TR Legal, LLC., mainly represents Spanish peaking Floridians in serious injury matters involving car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, as well as property damage claims.
This position will be performed remotely from Argentina and will support our U.S.-based personal injury practice.
We are looking for someone sharp, organized, professional, and emotionally intelligent, someone who can manage details, communicate clearly, and help move injury cases forward with urgency and care.
Position OverviewThe Paralegal / Case Manager will assist attorneys with the daily management of personal injury claims and litigation files. This role requires excellent English, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and internal team members.
This is a remote position, but it requires a serious professional commitment. We are not looking for someone who simply wants a remote job. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of ahigh-performance legal team.
Responsibilities• Communicate with clients regarding case status, treatment updates, documents, and general case questions.• Assist with opening, organizing, and maintaining personal injury case files.• Request and follow up on medical records, billing records, police reports, insurance information, and other case-related documents.• Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, lienholders, and other third parties.• Track client medical treatment and help ensure clients remain engaged in the process.• Assist attorneys and case managers with pre-litigation and litigation support tasks.• Draft, review, and organize correspondence, case summaries, and internal notes.• Draft legal documents, such as notices, discovery responses, and simple motions.• Maintain accurate case management records and update files consistently.• Help identify problems early and escalate urgent issues to attorneys.• Support the firm’s overall mission of delivering excellent client service and strong case outcomes.
Qualifications• Based in Argentina.• Excellent written and spoken English is required.• Law degree, legal studies background, or prior legal experience preferred.• Experience with U.S. personal injury law, insurance claims, litigation, or medical records is a strong plus.• Highly organized and detail-oriented.• Strong communication skills and professional judgment.• Comfortable speaking with clients, providers, insurance representatives, and attorneys.• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without constant supervision.• Reliable internet connection and quiet professional work environment.• Strong work ethic, loyalty, and desire to grow with the firm.

This role is especially well-suited for Argentine attorneys, law graduates, advanced law students, or experienced legal professionals who want to work with a sophisticated U.S. law firm and develop high-level experience in American personal injury law.
SchedulePart Time or Full-time remote position.Part Time would be Monday through Thursday 10a to 5p. Full time can be discussed.
The schedule will generally follow U.S. business hours and will be discussed during the interview process.
