24 Hours Care is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Agent to join our customer service team in Newton, Massachusetts. In this part-time role, you will provide exceptional real-time support to our diverse clientele through online chat, helping to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Engage customers via live chat, promptly addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions. Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and engagement. Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system for quality assurance. Collaborate with team members to identify recurring problems and develop solutions. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information. Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role. Monitor chat queues to maintain efficient response times and support team workflow. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Excellent written communication skills with great attention to detail. Familiarity with customer support software or chat platforms is a plus. Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
