Live-In Caregiver in Niagara Falls, NY

Afsana is hiring a full-time Live-In Caregiver in Niagara Falls, New York. Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care and daily support to help clients maintain their comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions in line with treatment plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and support meal planning according to dietary needs.
• Encourage social and recreational activities that support client well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment through light housekeeping and laundry.
• Support client mobility and help them navigate their surroundings safely.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, sharing updates and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with the Care Manager, family members, and other caregivers on personalized care plans.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and patience.
• Caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to respond calmly to emergencies.
• Basic first aid and CPR knowledge is a plus.

Compensation and Employment

• Pay: $2,200 per month.
• Job type: Full-time, live-in position.
• Location: Niagara Falls, New York. This is not a remote position.
