Live-In House Manager

About the role

The Live-In House Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, structured, accountable, and recovery-oriented living environment for clients participating in Faithland Recovery Center’s housing program.

This position serves as the primary on-site leader of the home.

Tasks

• Modeling professionalism, healthy recovery, and personal responsibility while ensuring the home operates efficiently and consistently.
• Work closely with clinical staff, case managers, and leadership to reinforce program expectations, support client growth, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Strong leadership, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping individuals build stable, sober, and independent lives.
