Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of HVAC systems following manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Deliver excellent customer service by effectively communicating HVAC solutions to clients.
• Work alongside senior technicians to complete service calls and repairs safely and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all jobs performed.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your HVAC technical knowledge and skills.
• Support sales efforts by recommending additional services and products when appropriate.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior HVAC or related experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Certifications such as EPA certification in HVAC or refrigeration technology are advantageous.
