Key Responsibilities Develop and implement fine-tuning strategies for large language models (LLMs) to boost performance and accuracy. Analyze and refine training datasets to optimize model results. Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate fine-tuned models into production systems. Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using standard metrics. Document methodologies, processes, and outcomes to ensure reproducibility and transparency. Stay current with the latest LLM technologies and best practices. Participate in team meetings to report progress, share insights, and plan future projects. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven professional experience with large language models (LLMs). Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance metrics. Experience with cloud-based machine learning environments and tools. 3-5 years of relevant AI/ML experience preferred. This contract position offers a competitive annual pay of $100,000 with opportunities for professional growth in advanced machine learning techniques.
