This contract role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring smooth storeroom operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory levels through regular stock audits and reconciliations. Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify quantity and quality standards. Organize and allocate inventory efficiently to optimize storeroom space and accessibility. Prepare and maintain precise inventory records and reports for management. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to fulfill inventory requests and improve processes. Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records promptly. Support implementation of inventory management best practices and policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in inventory management or related field. Familiarity with inventory management software and tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Effective communication skills. Prior experience in warehouse or storeroom environments is a plus. This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor and requires close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy and support supply chain efficiency.
