Loan Officer

Responsible for borrower recruitment, loan portfolio management, collections, and borrower relationship building within assigned communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage Borrower groups
- Conduct client screening and background verification
- Facilitate weekly group meetings
- Monitor loan repayments and collections
- Maintain borrower records and documentation
- Support branch growth and portfolio quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers

Preferred Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in sales, customer service, collections, field operations, or microfinance is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and community visits
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with performance targets
