Key Responsibilities Conduct lock replacements and installations for residential and commercial clients while ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored locksmith solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve lock malfunctions and other related issues through effective problem-solving skills. Maintain an accurate inventory of locksmith tools and products; ensure that all equipment is in good working condition. Educate clients on various locking systems and provide recommendations based on their specific security needs. Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage scheduling and service requests while ensuring timely project completions. Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting additional locksmithing services and products to clients during service calls. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in locksmithing or a related field. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and technical aptitude. Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals. Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in service delivery. Prior experience with locksmithing software/tools is a plus. Have your own reliable vehicle. Have tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools. This is an independent contractor position.
