strong> We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process and Documentation Specialist to join our HR Finance and Vendor Management team. This role is critical in developing, documenting, and optimizing workflows that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and strengthen communication across the department. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in process documentation, contract and vendor management, and third-party risk frameworks, with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear and actionable documentation. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and document workflows and processes within HR Finance and Vendor Management. Partner with HR Operational Risk and other stakeholders to refine processes and identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency. Develop clear and concise documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and work instructions, using appropriate tools. Align documentation with internal and external standards across HR Technology, Enterprise Risk, and Finance. Create procedural guides and reference materials for vendor managers, contract owners, and HR stakeholders. Manage, publish, and provide stakeholder access to documentation using SharePoint and Adobe platforms. Develop presentations and roadshow materials to drive awareness and adoption of new processes and tools. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements impacting vendor and third-party risk management. Integrate process documentation with risk management frameworks, compliance requirements, and performance metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in process documentation, workflow analysis, and process improvement. Strong knowledge of contract management, vendor relations, and third-party risk management. Proven ability to create professional, user-friendly documentation for diverse stakeholders. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Advanced organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with SharePoint, Adobe platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and process mapping tools. Preferred Qualifications Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Experience in HR Finance, Vendor Management, or related fields. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements in vendor management
