We are seeking a skilled Locksmith and Garage Door Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a full-time technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional locksmithing services and garage door solutions to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Perform locksmithing tasks including lock installations, repairs, and rekeying for residential and commercial clients. Install, maintain, and repair a variety of garage door systems and their components. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering effective solutions. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with locks and garage door systems promptly and effectively. Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely arrival to service calls, demonstrating strong time management skills. Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory management. Collaborate with team members and provide support during larger projects and operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in locksmithing and garage door installation preferred. Strong technical skills with a focus on problem-solving and communication. Exceptional customer service abilities to create positive customer experiences. No formal education required, but industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment utilized in locksmithing and garage door services. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
