Key Responsibilities Perform locksmith, garage door, and alarm installation and repair services efficiently and safely. Respond promptly to service calls, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely job completion. Diagnose technical issues accurately and provide effective solutions on-site. Maintain and organize your tools and equipment to ensure readiness for daily assignments. Communicate clearly with customers to explain services, pricing, and maintenance advice. Document job details and customer interactions accurately for company records. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and local regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Availability to work at least five days per week, including days, nights, and weekends. Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Basic technical aptitude, sales skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Own tools or financial means to acquire necessary locksmith and repair tools. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Preferred: Previous experience in locksmithing, garage door, or alarm services is a plus but not required.
