Logistics Assistant

Position: Logistics AssistantLocation: Colón, PanamáType of Contract: Internship – Temporary Work Model: On-Site
Job Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping and logistics documentation.Organize, file, and maintain shipping records and related documentation.Update and maintain logistics data in internal systems and spreadsheets.Support shipment tracking and provide status updates as required.Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.Help ensure shipping documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.Communicate with internal departments to facilitate daily logistics operations.Assist with inventory and warehouse-related administrative tasks.Support the Logistics team with reporting and data entry.Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.Strong ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
