About the role
Mary Cris Picardo is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Logistics Officer to focus on delivery coordination and client communications. Willingness to be under the agency is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the delivery schedule for the following day and send updates to the Logistics and Sales group chat.
- If time permits, contact the customer’s representative to confirm the delivery schedule; otherwise, notify them on the day of delivery.
- Coordinate with the customer’s contact person regarding delivery timing and requirements.
- Monitor pending deliveries and identify orders that were not completed as scheduled.
- Meet with the Accounting Assistant to update open delivery receipts and sales orders.
- Analyze and document reasons for delivery backlogs, such as customer unavailability, incomplete items, vehicle issues, and route delays.
Requirements
- Open to both male and female applicants.
- Bachelor’s graduate of any related course.
- Experience in logistics and delivery operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Willing to be under the agency.
