Logistics Officer

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Logistics Officer to focus on delivery coordination and client communications.

Job Qualifications
• Open to both male and female applicants.
• Bachelor’s graduate of any related course.
• With experience in logistics, and delivery operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to be under the agency.

Job Descriptions:
• Prepare the delivery schedule for the following day and send updates to the Logistics and Sales group chat. If time permits, contact the customer’s representative to confirm the delivery schedule; otherwise, notify them on the day of delivery.
• Coordinate with the customer’s contact person regarding delivery timing and requirements.
• Monitor all pending deliveries and identify orders that were not completed as scheduled.
• Meet with the Accounting Assistant to update all open delivery receipts and sales orders.
• Analyze and document reasons for delivery backlogs (e.g., customer unavailability, incomplete items, vehicle issues, route delays).
