Job description
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading day-to-day warehouse and shipping operations
• Supervising warehouse personnel
• Coordinating domestic and international shipments
• Managing freight carriers, customs documentation, and logistics
• Driving inventory accuracy, quality control, and process improvements
• Operating a forklift and jumping in alongside the team when needed
We're looking for experience with:
✔ Warehouse or shipping leadership
✔ International shipping & customs
✔ Freight carrier management and rate negotiation
✔ Inventory control and order accuracy
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish
📍 Fully onsite, Monday-Friday
📍 Near Dallas Love Field Airport
📍 Occasional weekend support (approximately four times per year)
