Krishnapriya kj is seeking a dedicated Luxury Real Estate Investment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kochi, Kerala, India. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on guiding clients through high-value luxury property investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with clients interested in luxury real estate investments.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
• Perform cold calling and lead generation to expand the client portfolio.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure successful property transactions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive investment proposals and sales presentations.
• Stay informed on market trends, property valuations, and financial factors impacting luxury real estate.
• Collaborate with mortgage advisors, legal experts, and other real estate professionals to meet clients’ diverse needs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with experience in real estate or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in cold calling and building long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment analysis.
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• 2-3 years minimum experience in sales or consultancy roles, preferably in real estate.
