Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients interested in luxury real estate investments.

• Generate leads through cold calling and other business development activities.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to support successful transactions.
• Prepare and present investment proposals and sales presentations.
• Track property values, market trends, and financial conditions affecting luxury real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or consulting, preferably in real estate.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
