MA Attorney

The Position:A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to join its Corporate team in Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to advise public and private companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and other clients on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and strategic corporate transactions.
Requirements of the Role:4–8 years of substantive M&A and corporate transactional experience.Strong experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, merger agreements, disclosure schedules, ancillary agreements, and other transaction documentation.Georgia bar admission or eligibility to practice in Georgia.
