📍 Location:Cincinnati, Ohio
🏢 Work Arrangement: Onsite from Day 1
📅 Onsite Requirement: 4 days per week - NO REMOTE
### 🔴 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Strong Mainframe development experience
✅ **AmTrust OR Wealth Operations/Management experience is mandatory**
✅ COBOL
✅ JCL
✅ CICS
✅ SAS
✅ Strong analysis, coding, testing, and troubleshooting skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
### ⭐ Preferred
- WAM (Wealth and Asset Management) knowledge
- Trust platform enhancements
- Experience participating in Operations workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions
### 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Trust system enhancements
- Participate in Operations workshops to gather requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders
- Perform impact analysis, coding, testing, and deployment support
- Deliver reliable, high-quality solutions
⚠️ **Important:** Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Cincinnati from Day 1, four days per week. Remote candidates will not be considered.
