Job description
Lead the maintenance team on night shift and keep production running. Troubleshoot and repair feed manufacturing equipment and machinery. Fix hydraulic leaks, electrical issues, and PLC systems. Perform and schedule Preventative Maintenance (PMs). Prevent downtime by finding issues before they become breakdowns. Work at heights and in a fast-paced plant environment safely. Experience as a Maintenance Lead / Supervisor or strong Maintenance Tech ready to lead. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, and PLCs. Knowledge of PM programs and industrial maintenance. Experience with feed mill / production machinery is a big plus. Not afraid of heights, dependable, and can take ownership.
