Maintenance Manager

About the role

OMG! Staffing has partnered up with an established, high-volume manufacturing organization in Riverside County seeking a hands-on, results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead its maintenance operations.

Tasks

• Lead a maintenance organization of approximately 15 professionals, with supervisory support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on technical background in industrial equipment, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and plant maintenance.
• Proven experience developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of CMMS, equipment reliability, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams while improving uptime, safety, and operational performance.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented leadership style with the ability to work closely with production and operations.
• Experience in an identical industry is not required.
