Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive and solutions-driven Maintenance Manager to ensure our facilities, infrastructure and properties are safe, functional and maintained to the highest standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all buildings, facilities and company properties.
- Coordinate repairs and ensure all infrastructure and equipment rendering are in compliance and company requirements.
- Manage contractors, suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and all legal regulations.
- Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, assets and reports efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering or related field – Advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities or building maintenance management
- Experience managing contractors and service providers
- Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance and OHS
- Strong problem-solving, leadership and organisational skills
- Hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented
