- High school graduate; with Vocational/Technical course (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
- With experience in building maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Aircon, etc.)
- Knowledge in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
- Flexible, hardworking, and trustworthy
