Job description
Previous maintenance/handyman experience preferred. Hotel maintenance experience is a plus. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC/PTACs, and general repairs. Dependable and punctual. Able to work independently and prioritize tasks. Able to troubleshoot problems instead of waiting for direction on every repair. Must have reliable transportation. Must be comfortable performing physical maintenance work.
