Maintenance Technician

Bloom Workforce Solutions, LLC is hiring a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for a residential property in the Denton area. Join a team that values quality work, teamwork, and resident satisfaction!

POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance checks on apartments units and community areas
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Complete make-ready and turn assignments
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
- Maintain and repair landscaping, irrigation, and outside areas
- Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a residential setting preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and customer service focused
- Must be able to pass background check
