Job description
About the role
This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing problems and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and new move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining supplies and materials, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
- Follow procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, and tools.
