Manager, Internal Control

About the role

Danone has an opportunity for a Manager, Internal Control in its Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY offices. The role focuses on the Sourcing and Finance business processes and control evaluation across the Americas region, with operations testing, travel, and other macroprocess support as needed.

The role provides reasonable assurance that the Company operates effectively and efficiently, maintains a reliable financial reporting system, and complies with applicable local laws and regulations. It also supports the development and adoption of effective controls and continuous improvement in internal control processes. The Manager, Internal Control reports to the Director, Internal Control and works with internal stakeholders, including Business Process Owners and Business Control Owners, as well as the Global Danone Internal Control and Internal Audit Communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and complete control testing for processes in scope through efficient resource allocation and timely alignment with business stakeholders.
• Perform and oversee control evaluations, review and align results with the business, and use technology to facilitate continuous monitoring and testing by exception.
• Occasionally perform operations control testing during multi-location on-site visits.
