MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR

• At least 1 to 2 years experience is needed for this application.
• Supervise and coordinate SOP across FOH and BOH areas.
• Guide and mentor staff members
• Maintain store cleanliness, product presentation, and ambiance
• Manage daily manpower schedules based on operational needs.
• Monitor and maintain service quality standards to ensure a pleasant customer experience
• Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory for monthly reporting, forecast supplies, and track sales data

Los Banos and nearby residents are preferred for this position
