Manager – Revenue Operations

About the role

Latham & Watkins is one of the world’s leading global law firms, advising businesses and institutions that drive the global economy. The Manager – Revenue Operations is part of the firm’s Revenue Operations team and supports its revenue operations objectives by applying knowledge of billing and revenue management procedures and policy. The role oversees the end-to-end billing process in the practice office(s), including billing and collection efforts, and leads the team’s participation in revenue-related campaigns. The role is located in the New York office. A flexible working schedule allowing for a hybrid and in-office presence may be available.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert to billing attorneys, senior office and department leadership, and the Finance Committee.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Operations team to implement and administer firmwide billing and inventory management best practices and procedures, and roll-outs of new software and financial system upgrades.
• Act as a liaison with local Finance Committee members in support of Finance Committee objectives.
• Facilitate preparation and participation in Finance Committee calls and actionable next steps resulting from calls.
• Review revenue-related procedures continuously, assess opportunities to improve efficiency and resource allocation, and suggest new processes and solutions as needed.
