Key Responsibilities Own the complete sales cycle for AMR and AGV solutions, from lead generation through to successful deal closure, ensuring sales targets are consistently exceeded. Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with Ati Motors’ growth objectives, focusing on key markets in the Midwest and South regions. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to create actionable sales strategies and identify new revenue streams. Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise customers, particularly within automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial sectors. Maintain full visibility and management of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. Evangelize AMR and AGV technologies by understanding customer applications deeply and proposing optimal automation solutions that deliver measurable ROI. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and repeat business. Represent Ati Motors at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads. What We're Looking For Required: 8–15 years of proven B2B sales experience with direct success in selling AMRs or AGVs, including hands-on deal closure (no presales or distribution-only roles). Strong exposure to automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, with a deep understanding of their procurement and operational challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills tailored to enterprise customers. Ability to analyze complex market data and customer behavior to develop effective sales strategies. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets. Preferred: Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial technology sectors. Technical aptitude to develop techno-commercial proposals and pricing models. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management software. Willingness to travel within assigned territories and attend industry events.
